Beau Partee

Loan Officer

Certifications: NMLS: 1681799

As a Birmingham native, Beau has called this city home his entire life. Growing up, Beau attended Leeds High School, where he played football and earned a scholarship to play for The University of Alabama after graduation. His plans changed after he suffered a knee injury during his senior year when a lineman tackled him, tearing his ACL. Although he didn’t get the chance to play under the lights at Bryant Denny Stadium, Beau stayed in the Birmingham area and attended UAB, where he earned degrees in both finance and management.

Beau has been in the mortgage industry since 1996, holding nearly 25 years of experience. He has worked for several banks over the span of his career, including Regions, SouthTrust, and Compass. Upon his exit from the banking industry in 2006, he switched his focus to merchant services and worked for 10 years at First Data, one of the largest data processing corporations in the world, serving as Director of Sales. With little time off, Beau wanted to scale things back and took a year off to spend time with his family before reentering the mortgage industry in 2017.

Beau has a love for music, especially singing and playing guitar. He began singing at a young age in church and started playing saxophone in 6th grade, only to focus on football a few years later. However, it wasn’t until he turned 36 that he picked up a guitar and began to play strings. His love for old rock n’ roll music and performing led him and a few of his friends to start a band, of which he was the lead singer, in 2006. The crew played classics by artists such as Van Halen, Motley Crue, and Def Leppard. Although he is no longer part of the same band, you may catch him in action playing acoustic sets at Courtyard 280 every other week.

Having done several mortgages for himself and his loved ones, Beau strives to help his clients through one of the most challenging processes that individuals experience financially. Beau understands that home is the source of people’s livelihoods, and he is honored to be a part of the joy that comes from owning a home.
