The Valentine’s Day menu at Galley & Garden is sure to make for a memorable evening. First course options include crab cakes, Gulf oysters, and duck risotto, while the main course offers braised beef shortrib, pan roasted Gulf snapper, or pan seared salmon among others. You may then share an artisan cheese course with your choice of wine. Finish the night with a rich dessert, like the Madagascar vanilla bean crème brulee.

The Wine Loft will serve baby back ribs and pan seared ahi tuna, plus side including oven roasted rosemary sweet potatoes, glazed carrots, Caribbean coleslaw, or salad. Of course, the restaurant also boasts an extensive wine selection from vineyards all over the world.

Hot and Hot Fish Club has prepared a three-course meal bookended by oysters and chocolate soufflé. First course options include sunchoke soup or vegetable salad, while the second course progresses to lobster crudo, duck rillette tart, and crab beignets. The third course presents dishes like grilled octopus or braised venison cheeks.

In Five Points, Ocean will open up its loft for a three-course prix fixe. The entrees include some incredible turf options, but seafood lovers will find it hard to pass on the fruit de mer, with lobster, calamari, shrimp, and Prince Edward Island mussels on pappardelle pasta. Desserts include a mocha coffee pot de crème. Space is limited, but guests can always dine downstairs and enjoy premium oysters, cocktails, and more.

On Cobb Lane, Delta Blues has prepared a low-key dinner for two, featuring a dozen of their excellent tamales and cobbler with ice cream.

Silvertron Café offers grilled salmon or grilled smoked pork chop, paired with a French pinot noir or a well-crafted cocktail. The following dessert is a tiramisu made from coffee steeped ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, eggs, and cocoa.

For a bit of Spanish flare, Ovenbird will offer a broad tapas paltter, allowing guests to pick three form a variety of small bites. The night’s tapas include ceviche, Spanish cheeses, and their own charcuterie. The entrees include rabbit and chorizo, vegetable paella, and more. The featured dessert is a flourless chocolate torte with strawberry sorbet.

Fans of pastries may want to take a look at Satterfield’s Valentine’s Day menu, which opens with a truffle mushroom soup. Entrees include roasted Cornish game hen, roasted duck, and seared ribeye. Desserts include crème brulee, double chocolate raspberry cake, and the restaurant’s signature beignets.

Down Highway 280, Bellini’s Ristorante starts their couple’s dinner with baked oysters. Entrees include a wood grilled filet mignon or Gulf grouper. For dessert, enjoy a raspberry panna cotta over fresh strawberry puree.

If you’re just looking for dessert, the Iron City Grill will dip strawberries in house-made semisweet chocolate, selling them by the dozen. You can preorder them here.

You could also stop by Chocolata, which just opened last September. The chocolate shop uses 100 percent pure Latin American cocoa in all its sweets.
